Charming, juicy, fragrant.
Some wines just make you smile, this utterly delightful Dolcetto (Italian meaning: little sweet one) is a charming one that does just that.
It was aged 8-months, in stainless and concrete.
A juicy red I'd be happy to drink any day (especially with a slight chill before serving) that dives into pretty grape-y aromas woven with a dusting of dried rose petals and cherry atop earthier notes. In the mouth, botanical, grape juice, fine spice and tobacco flavours dominate. Approachable and charming, it's an enchanting red to drink while young and fresh - preferably with pizza.
